Mitchell has over 10 years of experience in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy. After graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University in 2015, he began his career in private practice, where he developed a strong foundation in injury management and rehabilitation.

In late 2022, Mitchell launched Prime Function Physio in Seven Hills, driven by his passion to provide a higher standard of care and redefine what physiotherapy can offer.

Mitchell has extensive experience in sports injury recovery and performance management, having worked with a wide range of athletes across all ages and abilities. His areas of clinical interest include lower back pain, sporting injuries (especially ankle, knee, and shoulder), and gym-related injuries. He also has a special interest in sports like Rugby League, Golf, and Swimming, and is a strong advocate for strength and conditioning as part of long-term rehab and injury prevention.

Mitchell also recently worked closely with the Parramatta Eels Rugby League Club, serving as the Head Physiotherapist for the NSW Cup Parramatta Eels team. This extensive experience at the highest level has allowed him to refine his clinical skills in high-performance environments, manage complex sporting injuries, and develop tailored rehabilitation plans that prioritise both performance and long-term recovery.
