Best in the Business! Mitch had me comp ready in no time after injuring my right knee a few weeks out from a comp. One of the nicest blokes, down to earth, and knows all things physio! If you're in the area, he is a MUST. If your not; he's worth the travel.

After going a little too hard at the gym my back went into full spasm. I booked in the same day with Mitch and couldn't even hinge forward before the session. By the end of the session my pain was still present but I was able to completely touch my toes! By our second session I was already up and training and on our third session as a check in - pain was so mild I didn't even feel a thing. Thank you Mitch for being so warm and approachable. You made my first physio experience the best. Highly recommend!

Mitch has been such a pivotal part in my health journey. He's always lovely and accomodating. Always make's sure to ask how I'm feeling and what I need worked on every session. After I leave every appointment I feel instant relief in my pain and more ease with movement.

Mitch has been fantastic since I started seeing him for physio in early 2025. I came in with a few injuries through the gym and Mitch was fantastic in rehab as well as a plan to get me strong and mobile at the same time. I'd recommend Mitch to anyone wanting a physio with a proactive, easy communicator and knowledgeable about the best way to stay mobile while injured.
